No. Yorcle works entirely over WhatsApp or SMS, channels your customers already use daily. For dine-in, they scan a table QR and are instantly in a conversation. No app download, no account creation, no friction at all.
We use Square's official API. Connect your Square account during onboarding and orders sync automatically. Yorcle sends the Square payment link in chat, Square handles the transaction, and everything shows up in your existing Square dashboard.
Yorcle pulls your menu directly from your Square catalog — no uploads, no manual entry. Every night it re-syncs automatically, so any price change or new dish you add in Square is live in Yorcle by the next morning. You can also add extra details like hours, policies, and specials that live outside your POS.
Very well. Customers can throw multiple things at it in one message — adding items, removing items, tweaking something already in their cart — and Yorcle works through all of it. When something is ambiguous, like "make one of them less sweet" without saying which one, it asks the right follow-up question rather than guessing. It catches those gaps naturally, the way a good server would.
